There once was a cryptic entity
They could set the world on fire and ice
They were a walking contradiction
So falling apart was just a matter of time
In the day when they got shattered
They became Red and Blue
They were always fighting
And I think they still do
They wish to destroy one another
Even as they can’t exist without each other
Ending up trapped in their own circle of abuse
Ignorant and wise, tamed and wild
Balanced in their own madness
They attempt to move forward
They keep trying to break free
But they break each other instead
